Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge)
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, and our support team was unable to resolve it within 5 business days
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge and have not used the paid features

To request a refund, email billing@replyreviews.io with your account email and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after a charge
  • Accounts where paid features have been actively used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (we recommend using the free tier before subscribing)
