Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Reply Reviews:

  • Email address — collected when you create an account, used solely for authentication (magic link sign-in) and service communications.
  • Usage data — we count the number of replies generated per day per user or IP address for rate-limiting purposes.
  • IP address — used for rate limiting guest users. Not linked to any personal profile.
  • Saved reply history — if you are signed in, we store your pasted review text and generated reply text so you can view them later in your account history.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Creem. We never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you via magic link email
  • To enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse
  • To manage your subscription status
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Review Data

Review text you paste into the tool is sent to our AI providers for generation. For guest users, we do not save that text after processing beyond operational logging. For signed-in users, we store review text and generated replies in your account history so you can access past responses.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in for up to 30 days. This cookie contains only a session token — no personal data. You can clear it by logging out or clearing browser cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

  • OpenRouter and DeepSeek — AI model providers. Review text may be sent to these APIs to generate replies. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
  • Creem — payment processor. Handles all payment data. Subject to Creem's privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email. Your email address is used to send magic links. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
  • Neon — database hosting. Your email and usage counts are stored on Neon's infrastructure.
  • Vercel — hosting provider. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics — we use GA4 to track anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature usage). No personal data is sent to Google Analytics.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, usage counts, and any saved reply history for as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate the service. We do not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Reply Reviews is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
